Q1: How long will my order take?

A1: All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day. Orders after 12pm will be delivered second day. unless it will be shipped outside Kuwait it will vary upon the country and an email will be send to the customer stating the expected delivery date.Customized order takes 2-3 Business days, a confirmation email & SMS will be sent to customer prior the delivery.

Q2: Can my purchase be sent as a gift?

A2: Yes. A greeting card will be sent along with the gift. Please be sure to include your gift message in the comments box.

Q3: I would like to return my order. How do I do that?

A3: Return should be within 3 days of receiving the order. Customer can exchange or refund their money. All customized Orders are not exchangeable & non refundable.

Q4: Shipping outside of Kuwait?

A4: PAPERROOMQ8.COM ships to GCC countries. An email will be send to you with the tracking number, as soon as the order dispatched
